Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buildfast AI service ("Buildfast", the "Service") operated at buildfast-ai.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Buildfast to:

• Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (Gmail, Slack, Notion, etc.).
• Process personal data without a lawful basis or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Build, distribute or operate malware, exploit code or denial-of-service tooling.
• Reverse-engineer or copy substantial portions of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Plan limits (active workflows, included credits) are listed on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not pro-rated.

Buildfast reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

4. Third-party integrations

Workflows you build can connect to third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, which are separate from these Terms. Buildfast is not liable for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those providers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit, the workflows you build and the data your workflows process. By using the Service you grant Buildfast a limited license to host, transmit and process that content solely to deliver and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Buildfast brand, software, UI, and underlying systems are the property of Buildfast and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Buildfast may perform maintenance, updates or modifications at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildfast and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. Total cumulative liability is capped at the amount you paid Buildfast during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buildfast from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
